For our construction projects, we use an Open Book system because we value transparency in pricing. We strongly believe that Open Book pricing is the most fair to all parties, and our clients have always agreed.

Put simply, we provide our clients with pricing options for each component of the project. Then, we charge exactly the cost labor and materials + 20% markup.
